School Background
Rashad Anadolu Private High School was established on 10 March, 2017 through the financial support of Mr. Bashir Ahmad "Hotak". Mr. Bashir Ahmad "Hotak" was born in 1984 in the historic province of Balkh. He completed his primary education at Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi High School and graduated in 2018 from the Faculty of Literature at Balkh University.
Mr. Hotak is recognized as a devoted, hardworking, and committed individual in the field of education and the academic development of the children of this country. He is not only the founder of this high school but also the founder of (Keyumars Institute of Technical and Vocational Education) and (Bahram Private High School) in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif.
Driven by a strong sense of responsibility toward the youth of this nation and a deep understanding of the educational situation in Afghanistan, he envisioned the establishment of Rashad Anadolu Private High School. Ultimately, on 10 March, 2017, he turned this vision into reality and laid the foundation of the school. Through his continuous efforts and the presence of qualified academic and professional staff, Rashad Anadolu has become one of the best and most successful high schools in Mazar-e-Sharif, providing high-quality educational services to hundreds of students.
At the time of its establishment, the school began its activities with 8 teachers, 4 administrative staff members, and 60 students. Within a short period, due to dedicated efforts and consistent services in the field of education, the number of students increased to 450, including both boys and girls. Currently, under effective management, the school provides quality education to more than 900 students, both male and female, from nursery to grade twelve. It is also planning to expand its educational branches to other parts of Afghanistan in the near future.

School History
Rashad Anadolu Private High School established on 10 March, 2017 in Mazar-e-Sharif through the support of Mr. Bashir Ahmad Hotak.
School began with 8 teachers, 4 administrative staff, and 60 students — a humble but determined beginning.

The school expanded its curriculum to include the Oxford supplementary program and Turkish language alongside the national curriculum.

Planning is underway to expand Rashad Anadolu's educational branches to other provinces of Afghanistan.

Reshad Anadolu Private High School was honored to welcome the Turkish Consul General in a landmark visit that underscores the deep educational and cultural ties between Afghanistan and Turkey. The Consul General toured the school's facilities, met with faculty and students, and praised the institution's commitment to integrating Turkish academic values with Afghan heritage — a milestone moment in our school's history.
As part of their cultural exchange journey to Turkey, our students had the extraordinary privilege of visiting the iconic historical landmarks of Istanbul — from the magnificent Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque to the grand Topkapi Palace and the Bosphorus Strait.
